We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Finance & Operations to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, operational performance, and cross-functional business initiatives while helping drive profitability, efficiency, and overall business health.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Analyze profitability, margins, and operational KPIs

• Develop financial and operational reporting dashboards

• Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities

• Improve visibility into overall business health

Operational Leadership

• Evaluate fulfillment and customer care performance

• Identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps

• Improve workflows, accountability, and productivity

• Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance

• Support staffing, inventory, and operational planning

Strategic Leadership

• Help leadership prioritize initiatives based on business impact

• Support company growth planning and operational scaling

• Build KPI frameworks and accountability systems

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Align departments around company goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance, operations, and/or business leadership experience

• Strong background in:

o Budgeting and forecasting

o Operational finance

o KPI management

o Process improvement

o Cross-functional operations

• Experience with fulfillment, customer service, logistics, or operations strongly preferred

• Small business or entrepreneurial experience preferred

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• CPA, MBA, or operational leadership experience preferred
