The Central Sterile Supervisor is responsible for unit performance, operations, staff development and supervision of staff and ensures compliance with AAMI, AORN, FDA, EPA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements. The CS Supervisor, working in collaboration with the CS Manager, actively drives the unit-specific plan and operations.
