About This Position

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • THE SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICES MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT, TO INCLUDE LEADERSHIP FOR STOREROOM INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, PAR LEVEL DISTRIBUTION, INTERNAL DEPARTMENT DISTRIBUTION AND RECEIVING. ENSURES ALL SERVICES ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND PATIENTS ARE RECEIVING THE BEST QUALITY CARE. RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING OF EMPLOYEES IN ALL AREAS. COORDINATES WITH THE INVENTORY SUPERVISOR TO MAINTAIN PROPER INVENTORY LEVELS TO MEET THE REQUIRMENTS OF THE HOSPITAL INCLUDING STOREROOM INVENTORY, PAR LEVEL INVENTORIES, AND POINT OF USE INVENTORIES. CONDUCTS REGULAR DEPARTMENT MEETINGS. WORKS IN COORDINATION WITH THE WAREHOUSE MANAGER TO ENSURE PROPER STOCK, NOTIFICATIONS OF NEW ITEMS, AND COORDINATES PRODUCT CONVERSIONS WHEN NEEDED.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Associates Degree or 5 years supply chain management experience

    • Minimum Experience
      • 3-5 YEARS MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE AND PROCESSES

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • N/A

    • Preferred Education
      • BACHELOR’S DEGREE

    • Preferred Experience
      • 3-5 YEARS HEALTHCARE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
