Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000/ annual salary

This role offers the opportunity to act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them leverage technology to drive business growth, strengthen security, and align IT initiatives with long-term goals.

You’ll work with business leaders across industries, guiding them through IT planning, budget strategy, compliance, and roadmap execution — all while collaborating with a passionate internal team dedicated to delivering world-class IT outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients, aligning IT with business goals.

• Lead strategic IT planning sessions, provide KPI reports, and present alignment scorecards.

• Guide IT budgeting, risk management, and compliance efforts.

• Collaborate with Technology Success team to propose high-impact technology projects.

• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention through proactive communication and strategic foresight.

• Develop and execute strategic IT roadmaps within your first 90 days.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies to offer competitive client solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or technical client-facing roles—preferably within an MSP or service-oriented IT environment.

• A strong desire to step into a leadership role that blends technology with business strategy.

• Solid understanding of IT systems, trends, and risk management concepts.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• A proactive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.

• Experience contributing to IT roadmaps, project planning, or business reviews is a plus.

• Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL) but not required.
