About the Role:

As a Nurse Practitioner at our Medical Group in Jersey City, NJ, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Current and unrestricted New Jersey DEA and CDS.
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions, prescribing medications and therapies as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
