About the Role
We’re hiring Commercial Kitchen Oil Technicians to join our Buffalo team—offering both part-time (~25 hours/week) and full-time (~40 hours/week) schedules.
In this mobile, hands-on role, you’ll service commercial kitchens across the Greater Buffalo area, providing fryer management and oil filtration services using specialized equipment and a company vehicle. You’ll work independently, follow a designated route, and make a direct impact on kitchen cleanliness and safety.

What We’re Looking For
- Must live in the Greater Buffalo Area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs
- Willing to work early shifts starting between Midnight and 3:00 AM
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass drug screen and background check
