Human Resources Intern in Campbell, California at Sandis

Sandis is currently seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern for the Summer of 2025 to join our Campbell Office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the HR team and explore a career in the industry. If you are passionate and eager to learn, we think you would love it here!

What you will be learning:

• Supports the HR department to deliver HR programs, services, and solutions.
• Provides support in various HR areas which may include new hire onboarding and assimilation, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs.
• Assists with administrative aspects of HR projects and assignments
• Assists with coordinating employee engagement events

What will help you be successful:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Prior internships and/or work in an HR-related environment
• Understanding of general California HR laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours per week
