Type: Full Time

Location: ExecHealth, Ottawa

Salary: $20 - $24 CAD per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to engage in medical administrative care to better patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a team player who shares enthusiasm for bettering the care of all.

What you will be doing:

  • Respond and assist patient needs by working alongside nurse and doctors.
  • Manage your team’s workload and schedules accordingly.
  • Booking appointments, answering phones, provide a concierge experience for assigned caseload.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, test results, and allergies.
  • Collaborate with other staff members, such as nurses, physicians, and receptionists, to streamline patient care and ensure that all necessary procedures are completed.
  • Participate and contribute to various team meetings and huddles.

You have:

  • Certification as a Medical Office Assistant preferred.
  • Previous client experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge with OSCAR EMR an asset.

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
