Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department

- Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership, including parking, staging, and retrieving vehicles for service or delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer areas

- Support service technicians and advisors by delivering parts, tools, and documents as needed

- Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and prepared for service appointments

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates

- Follow dealership safety and operational procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus but not required
