Key Responsibilities:Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in.Safely move vehicles to designated service and parking areas.Keep the service drive clean, organized, and running smoothly.Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks.Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as needed.Ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.Work closely with the service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service.
Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
