Project Coordinator/Assembler Lead
Full-Time, First Shift
Menomonee Falls, WI, US

Trinity Precision Solutions, a sister company of Reich Tool & Design, a Menomonee Falls based, family-owned and operated Tool and Die manufacturer for almost 60 years is looking for an experienced Lead and Project Coordinator for their Cleanroom operation. The qualified candidate would report directly to the VP/GM of Trinity. Trinity / Reich Tool offers a clean, climate controlled state-of-the-art facility.

This is an 8-hour, in-person, first shift position Monday - Friday with possible overtime based on Company needs. Expected hours are 40 per week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work within a class 1,000 – 10,000 medical cleanroom.
  • Lead the cleanroom employees on daily tasks required to complete jobs helping them with coordinating job priorities based on customer needs.
  • Assist with quoting projects under the VP/GM’s supervision.
  • Work with customers during visits and audits.
  • Track the progress of jobs, communicating such progress and/or issues to the VP/GM.
  • Use discretion and problem solving skills to correct situations when minor issues arise in the cleanroom.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Balance cleanroom employees’ hours each day – report any issues to the VP/GM.
  • Operate/set-up the following equipment:
    1. production machinery
    2. heat and vacuum sealing
    3. glue/epoxy dispensing
    4. ultrasonic washer
    5. micro welding
    6. laser etching
    7. laser welding
  • Use ERP system for processing parts from WIP to Ship.
  • Order supplies when required with the VP/GM’s approval.
  • Assemble small complex medical device assemblies.
  • Spot inspection of parts ensuring conformity.
  • Perform inspection layout on first piece and in process inspections.
  • Make adjustments to equipment as necessary to produce product within specification.
  • Maintain neat and orderly work area and material storage to facilitate manufacturing functions.
  • Able to work overtime when requested to meet the needs of customer timelines.
  • Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per Trinity’s quality system ensuring that all documentation is being done correctly and on-time.
  • Continually improve department practices and procedures.
  • Follow all housekeeping procedures.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  • Support the company's quality policy, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 13485, 5S practices, LEAN and world class manufacturing initiatives.
  • Regular physical attendance is required.
  • Travel, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications Necessary:

Education/Training:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Prior assembly work with small parts.
  • Prior training with ERP and/or computers.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints to produce parts per print.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English with team members, management, vendors, customers and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, fundamentals and know statistical process control.

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Medical device manufacturing experience of 1 year plus.
  • Prior experience in a leadership and training role.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge with Excel/Word.
  • Understand internal auditing process.
  • Understand basic SPC monitoring techniques.
  • Soldering or micro welding experience strongly desired.
  • 2-3 years assembly experience.

Post offer drug screen and background check required.
