The Position
The Implementation Coordinator specializing in New Customer On-boarding is a pivotal role focused on guiding and facilitating the seamless integration of new customers into the organization's products and services. In addition to onboarding of new customers, this role will be heavily focused on project management to drive companywide project-based initiatives. This position demands a detail-oriented and customer-centric professional with exceptional project management and communication skills. The Implementation Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to successful on-boarding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and execute detailed on-boarding project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Customer Support, and Technical teams, to orchestrate a cohesive on-boarding and successful project launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the on-boarding phase.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve any challenges or concerns that arise during the on-boarding process.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
- Setup user credentials and troubleshoot login issues
- Create transactional & managed customers within TMS and Portal
- Conduct trainings and demos of current technology to current customers, prospects and internal
team members.
- Work with 3rd party developers on escalated issues
- All other duties that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 Years of related experience
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Travel required 5 - 10%
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
- Strong organization skills, prioritization skills, and works with a sense of urgency
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read, write, type and speak English fluently is a requirement of this position.
