Job Description

Office Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Louisville office.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including:
  • Replenishing office and showroom supplies
  • Coordinating customer meeting setup
  • Managing sample inventory replenishment
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in our showroom (L & D)
  • Sales & Industry Support

  • Assist sales representatives with preparation for:
  • Customer presentations (prospective & existing clients)
  • Local guilds and industry association meetings
  • Trade shows and events
  • Support sales-related documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Sales Operations & Systems Management

  • Create new material numbers.
  • Process new customer setups.
  • Support new packaging and decoration development initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and SAP for:
  • Account establishment and maintenance
  • Inventory review and order support
  • Conduct stock availability reviews to confirm on-hand inventory and existing commitments.
  • Customer Support

  • Field incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses regarding:
  • Product offerings and capabilities
  • Standard pricing
  • Terms and conditions for stock products
  • Route complex inquiries to appropriate sales personnel when necessary.
