Serve as the primary administrator for the Louisville office.

Manage day-to-day office operations including:

Sales & Industry Support

Assist sales representatives with preparation for:

Support sales-related documentation and follow-up activities.

Sales Operations & Systems Management

Create new material numbers.

Process new customer setups.

Support new packaging and decoration development initiatives.

Utilize Salesforce and SAP for:

Account establishment and maintenance

Inventory review and order support

Conduct stock availability reviews to confirm on-hand inventory and existing commitments.

Customer Support

Field incoming calls from prospective customers.

Provide knowledgeable responses regarding:

Product offerings and capabilities

Standard pricing

Terms and conditions for stock products

Route complex inquiries to appropriate sales personnel when necessary.
