About the role
Naterra International Inc. is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to support the execution of paid social and brand advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to develop hands-on expertise in paid media, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow within an integrated team.
You’ll work closely with social, content, and media partners to build and optimize campaigns that are on-brand, data-driven, and impactful.
What You’ll Do• Execute and manage paid social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Support Retail Media, Influencer, and Paid Social campaign setup and end-to-end project liaison alongside our Digital Media team and vendor partners
• Coordinate key brand assets, creative, and messaging for campaigns to ensure timely delivery to media partners
• Track campaign pacing, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation and support with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and paid media best practices
• Support content creation development for digital channels
• Analyze campaign data and surface actionable insights across brand, sales, and product development teams
What We’re Looking For• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in social platforms, digital advertising, and brand storytelling
• Experienced analytical skills with both qualitative and quantitative data sets
• Thrives in a numbers-heavy, data and performance driven environment
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-moving media team
• Interest in beauty, wellness, and consumer brands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Experience with Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus
• Experience with in-platform campaign set up is a plus
