Overview
Lutron is seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst to join our team at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP IBP solutions to enable effective demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
Responsibilities
System Support & Configuration
- Configure and maintain SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower).
- Manage master data integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA
- Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, planning operators, and integration jobs.
Process Optimization
Develop and maintain planning templates, key figures, and planning views.
Add versions
User Support & Training
Provide day-to-day support to business users for IBP-related issues.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
Collaborate with Global Process Owner to ensure technical alignment on planning requirements.
Reporting & Analytics
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across planning processes.
Project Participation
Assist in IBP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders during project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum, cumulative 3.00 GPA required if less than 10 years of work experience post academics
- Minimum 5 years work experience with SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory modules) required
- Proven understanding of supply chain planning processes required
- Experience with SAP ERP integration and data management required
