POSITION OVERVIEW:
Modesto Toyota is seeking an Accounting & Office Administrator, with experience in the automotive industry. We are seeking a reliable individual to perform both administrative and accounting duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years’ automotive accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily filing duties.
- Process the store’s daily deposit.
- Post and process payable and receivable invoices.
- Audit vendor files for W-9.
- Reconciliation of all vendor accounts, statements, etc.
- Review and maintenance of schedules.
- Process 8300 filings.
- Complete the end of month count.
- Performing other duties, when required and as assigned.
RATE OF PAY: $20.00 - $24.00 / DOE
WORK LOCATION:
This position is headquartered in Modesto, CA.
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt / Monday - Friday
