• Alternative Work Week: Biofilm works an alternative work schedule of four 9.5-hour days. You will be likely assigned to one of the following schedules, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm -or- 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch.

The Compounding Technician maintains general cleanliness of compounding and storage areas. Cleans formulation equipment and prepares vessels in the compounding area. Assists in the manufacture of products including pre-weighing of raw materials, in-process checks, sampling of products, inventory and Cycle Counts.

5 Key Roles of Accountability

1. Perform MRP transactions including opening/closing/consumption/cycle counts
2. Perform annual physical inventory
3. Assist in manufacturing and mixing pilot batch.
4. CIP and prepare tanks, totes and barrels
5. Print jobs from MRP system and associated MIs and batch Records from QCBD

• Minimum Three (3) years' experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• One (1) to three (3) years lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements for manufacturing medical devices (i.e. cGMP, QSR, GLP, etc.)
• Experience with chemical handling, compounding, and water systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior pharmaceutical or cosmetic compounding experience preferred.
