About This Position
Repair Shop ForemanThe Repair Shop Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of all shop activities related to the inspection, repair, refurbishment, and testing of cryogenic cargo tanks, trailers, and related pressure vessels.
We are specifically seeking a candidate with strong experience inspecting and repairing DOT-regulated semi-tractors and trailers. Prior cryogenic experience is not required — we will train the right individual on the specialized aspects of cryogenic trailers and pressure vessels.
This role will also require occasional travel to customer sites to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair. The Foreman must be comfortable working in field environments, representing the Company professionally, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the same standards as in the shop.
This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, CGA, ASME, and OSHA standards, as well as Company quality procedures. The Foreman provides hands-on leadership to a team of welders, technicians, and helpers — maintaining production flow, training employees, and ensuring workmanship meets regulatory and customer requirements.
