Warehouse Associate at Verita Telecommunications Corp – Northville, Michigan

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year warehouse experience
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to be trained)
• Basic MS Office skills

• Receive and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Report damaged or missing items
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order selector, ladders)
• Pick up and deliver supplies as needed
• Perform minor equipment repairs as able
• Maintain cleanliness of dock and warehouse areas
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to multitask and work variable schedules, including weekends
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Telecom industry experience a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working at heights over 15 ft
• Tolerate varied temperature and moderately loud environments
• Some travel may be required
