Part Time Operations Support Associate at RF Installations, LLC – Grand Prairie, Texas

Summary

To provide accurate information on customer purchase orders via email or phone calls and to provide resolution on any issue that arises from this communication. If the Operation Support Associate cannot provide resolution, then the Operation Support Associate will need to direct them to the department that can assist them most adequately.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, stores and installers providing resolution to issues.Assist Director of Business Operations with any ad hoc projects as needed and assigned by the Director of Business Operations.Assist with other Company projects from all departments as needed and approved by the Director of Business Operations.Requirements
