Shipper at Flat Branch Home Loans Inc – Columbia, Missouri

Basic Description:

This is an entry-level position responsible for the receipt, review, and submission of closed loan documents.

This position has the opportunity to work hybrid after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check in loan packages upon receipt from carrier
• Scan packages into the system
• Prepare original notes for shipment to warehouse banks
• Review closing packages for completion & accuracy according to agency guidelines
• Communicate with external & internal parties to obtain missing documents or corrections. Follow up on requests and upload trailing documents upon receipt
• Electronically deliver loan files and/or data to appropriate investor
• Activate & transfer Private Mortgage Insurance as needed
• Send documents to USDA for loan guarantee
• Release notes from warehouse banks to complete purchase of loans
• Coordinate with Post-Closing on suspense conditions or missing items
• Manage personal pipeline to ensure deadlines & quotas are met
• Maintain in-office filing system to ensure documents are stored according to compliance regulations. Assist with secure disposal of loan documents
• Additional duties as assigned
