About This Position
Position Description: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be on the front line of Lever1s growth. Your mission is to connect with CEOs and founders at high-potential companies, educate them on the ROI of partnering with a PEO and secure qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (AE). This is a high-energy, metrics-driven role: expect 100-200 outbound calls and 40+ personalized emails per day with a target of 5+ sales-qualified meetings booked each week.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct high volume cold outreach to SMB decision makers
- Qualify prospects against our ideal candidate profile and book meetings on AE's calendars
- CRM and pipeline management
Qualifications:
- New college graduates who successfully managed school and additional responsibilities
- Comfortable handing 100+ calls per day
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Located in Kansas City or Texas
