WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in dental office management and/or dental administration
- Bilingual an asset
- Well versed in ABELDent dental management software
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong and resilient leadership - capable of managing approximately 3 providers
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
SCHEDULE:
- 24 hours per week; hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8-4pm
