Job Description
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Senior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Lead and oversee administrative, operational, and program support functions for SEA 05 leadership, PMO personnel, and assigned organizational offices.
- Manage complex action tracking, reporting, and executive correspondence processes supporting the Chief Engineer, Executive Director, and senior leadership.
- Oversee program budget coordination, funding documentation reviews, execution tracking, and administrative support for major program submissions.
- Direct workforce planning, talent management, workload forecasting, and organizational structure analysis efforts across SEA 05.
- Lead records management compliance efforts, including policy development, records retention strategies, procedural improvements, and audit readiness.
- Provide senior-level support for Congressional Affairs, Public Affairs, leadership reporting, investigations, and external stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee security management support activities, compliance reviews, classified material handling coordination, and security program reporting.
- Review and approve technical writing products, executive reports, policies, procedures, engineering documentation, and leadership briefing materials.
- Develop recommendations for process improvements, management tools, reporting systems, and organizational efficiencies across SEA 05 operations.
- Advise leadership on administrative process improvements, program execution risks, and operational performance metrics.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area; OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in operational support or a related functional area.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing administrative functions of an assigned department.
- Experience ensuring compliance with Directorate policies and procedures.
- Experience supervising assigned staff and providing timely administrative support for functions such as human resources, budgeting, accounting, databases, purchasing, and other assigned functions.
- Experience managing resources supporting multiple administrative functions across an organization.
- Experience handling broader scope and greater complexity of administrative functions and resources than junior and mid-level analyst positions.
- Experience supporting senior-level administrative operations with increased responsibility for oversight and resource management.
- Experience working in environments requiring independent judgment, coordination, and cross-functional support.
