SFS is looking for a Training Developer (OCS Training Development) -Mid/Senior
Location: On Site Fort Lee VA (Potential CONUS/OCONUS Travel)Position OverviewWe are hiring a Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. This role uses the ADDIE process to build modern, effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and recommend course development or revisions
• Develop individual and collective training tasks
• Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB)
• Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI)
• Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables
• Maintain training workload data and projections
• Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent)
• Experience with TRADOC training development processes
• Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools)
• Strong writing and instructional design skills

Preferred

• Experience in Operational Contract Support (OCS)
• Familiarity with TRIMIS or similar systems
