WHAT YOU WILL DO This role leads and performs technical engineering support for product and process development, including designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining specialized production and engineering equipment while proactively identifying risks and troubleshooting issues. It serves as a subject matter expert by recommending improved technologies and methods, contributing to cross-functional projects, and developing and delivering training to ensure proper adoption of new processes and SOP changes. The position authors and manages design, development, and SOP documentation-including change orders-and leads major non-conformance and customer complaint investigations through data analysis, root-cause studies, corrective actions, and follow-up monitoring. It also prepares quality system documents to support engineering activities and tracks and reports key performance indicators to highlight risks and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. WHAT YOU WILL BRING - 4 years with AS degree or Vocational Training or 2 years with BL degree - relevant previous technician experience in a product development, scientific or manufacturing environment Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
