We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Review and analyze medical billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing procedures

- Support audits and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards

- Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Maintain documentation related to financial transactions and billing processes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the healthcare industry

- Familiarity with medical billing, coding, and healthcare reimbursement processes

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
