POSITION SUMMARY
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational accounts payable support, reconciling, processing and matching invoices and payments along with researching any discrepancies. This full-time, onsite position is based in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday.
Additional responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Verify and reconcile purchase receipts with invoices
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Prepare reports for internal and external use
- Assist accounts payable team in process enhancements and automation
- Maintain electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Other projects or duties as assigned

- High School diploma required, college degree in accounting strongly preferred
- 0-4 years of experience
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
