HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Property Management professional, you will provide on-site support to the Community Manager, playing a vital role in rental activity, office operations, and resident relations. You will be a key point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, ensuring smooth daily operations while helping maintain a welcoming, professional community environment.

You may also be assigned direct-line supervisory responsibilities for specific tasks, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Education & Experience

One (1) year of verifiable experience in Property Management in Arizona, in a supervisory or management support role

Skills

Strong sales, administrative, and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings
