About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the West Charlotte area. The ideal candidate must have prior experience using NetSuite or Oracle for AP processing. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and maintaining strong financial records.

Responsibilities:

· Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

· Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies

· Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions

· Assist with month-end closing and reporting

· Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed

Requirements:

· Prior experience as an AP Specialist or similar role

· Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is required

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
