About This Position

Regional Account Manager

5+ years in the Pest Control industry preferred.

The Regional Account Manager will support the day to day sales and marketing activities across all Pelsis brands, in assigned U.S. territory.

Pelsis is a brand led organization, developing and acquiring brands which offer our global customer base solutions to pest control problems. The current brand portfolio includes B&G Equipment, Pest-Stop, Insect-O-Cutor, Network, Synergetic, Green Protect, Edialux Home-Pet-Plant Protection, Edialux Professional, Curtis Dyna-Fog, Agrisense, Silvandersson, Luxan, Denka and P+L Systems Washroom.

This role will be key to driving the execution of sales plans across our brands in the assigned territory. The role is based within territory, however will require travel to our offices, customer sites, exhibitions etc.

This role encompasses a wide variety of sales and marketing activities.

Working closely with the Customer Service, Manufacturing and Marketing teams, you will assist with the implementation of the sales plan across the territories assigned.

Responsibilities for this role include:

1) Understanding all product lines and their use and applications.

2) Support new product launches

3) Identify opportunities for expansion of our brands within prescribed territories

4) Production of sales reports that outline progress and performance to set performance goals.

5) Analysis and interpretation of business data, by brand, sector, channel or product

6) Understanding and reporting on the business with respect to competitor and market information

7) Attend, coordinate and execute regional and national showcases and events as prescribed by the company.

8) Work to meet and exceed all sales goals for the territory assigned by relationship building, training and other sales strategies.

9) Generate new business within the territory, whilst growing existing customer value.

10) Work closely with other territory representatives in building regional and national relationships that foster better penetration of our products.

11) Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities designed to grow the assigned territory.

12) Autonomously manage regular monthly tasks

13) Assistance with other projects as specified

This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about our brands and the pest control market.

The candidate should be able to display experience in sales and relationship management, adherence to deadlines, working within a team and understanding goal setting and achievement.

An ability to ask for orders, demonstrate the value of our products and relate it to a customer’s particular needs are essential.

Strong time management skills and a commitment to quality are essential.

Competence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.

The candidate should be confident in dealing with internal colleagues of varying seniority and external partners including customers, suppliers etc.

An ability to present in front of large groups, prepare presentations and teach assigned curriculum is necessary for this role.
