Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and youth-focused Case Manager to oversee case management in workforce development programs in the Greater Harrisburg Area. The Case Manager will ensure youth receive high-quality case management, career readiness services, and connections to education, training, and employment opportunities. The Case Manager will collaborate with a team of case managers and youth specialists to maintain a high-quality youth-centered approach across all programming.
This position plays a key role in ensuring positive outcomes for youth participants and program compliance.
Key Responsiblities
Case Management & Career Services (70%)- Ensure high-quality case management services are delivered to youth participants.
- Support youth in developing individualized service plans.
- Monitor participant progress toward educational, employment, and life goals.
- Support youth through career exploration, job readiness training, and employment placement services.
- Collaborate with community partners, schools, training providers, and social service organizations.
- Design and provide workshops as needed to support youth workforce development skills.
- Ensure program services meet regulatory requirements (e.g., WIOA or other workforce programs when applicable).
- Maintain case files, while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.
- Maintain records and tracking systems to support youth development objectives and outcome improvement.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, education, or a related field. Master’s degree in social work (LCSW) or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in case management, youth services, workforce development, or related fields.
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed records and complete required reporting.
- Experience with workforce development programs such as WIOA preferred.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment
