This role supports a fast-moving licensing and approval pipeline for a global live-service entertainment environment.
You’ll coordinate the review and approval of game, marketing, and player-facing assets across multiple teams and external partners.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
You’ll translate external feedback into clear actions and coordinate revisions across creative, production, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
The role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to help improve the processes behind high-volume content operations.
You’ll also identify risks, resolve blockers, and strengthen documentation and tracking systems as approval requirements evolve.

- Prepare and submit game and marketing assets for external licensor approval, ensuring all required information and materials are complete and accurate.
- Maintain detailed submission trackers, approval records, documentation, and status updates throughout the review lifecycle.
- Monitor review progress, follow up on outstanding approvals, and help keep submissions moving according to established timelines.
- Translate licensor feedback into clear, actionable requirements and coordinate revisions with the appropriate internal teams.
- Confirm requested changes have been completed accurately before coordinating timely resubmissions.
- Provide concise and reliable status updates to internal stakeholders and external licensing partners.
- Identify missing information, conflicting feedback, schedule risks, and potential brand, likeness, or content concerns before they become blockers.
- Escalate risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders and support resolution to keep approval timelines on track.
- Collaborate across Product, Art, Production, Marketing, User Acquisition, CRM, ASO, Social, Community, and other functions to coordinate submissions effectively.
- Improve submission standards, templates, trackers, workflows, and documentation as approval volumes and requirements evolve.
- Help create a consistent, scalable operational framework for managing licensing approvals across a growing content pipeline.
- Professional experience in production, project coordination, creative operations, licensing, advertising, entertainment, or a related field.
- Experience managing detailed workflows involving deadlines, documentation, approvals, and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and instructions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to interpret subjective or complex feedback and convert it into specific, actionable next steps.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, marketing, and business teams.
- Sound judgment when identifying risks, blockers, missing information, conflicting requirements, or issues requiring escalation.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, project-management platforms, ticketing systems, or comparable operational tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Nice to have: Experience in video games, entertainment, licensed content, or live-service development.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with approval workflows involving art, video, copy, audio, marketing, or in-game assets.
- Nice to have: Understanding of live operations, release schedules, and cross-functional game development.
