This is a high-impact product marketing role focused on connecting a broad portfolio of products into one compelling market story.
You’ll shape messaging and positioning across multiple product lines while connecting them to a broader strategic platform narrative.
The role blends storytelling, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and customer insight in a global B2B SaaS environment.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to influence business outcomes.
A major focus will be applying product-led growth principles to discovery, adoption, conversion, and expansion.
You’ll also help establish scalable launch frameworks, enablement programs, and competitive positioning across the portfolio.
This is an opportunity for an experienced marketer to bring clarity to complex products and turn market insight into measurable growth.
- Develop cohesive messaging and positioning across multiple products, connecting individual solutions into a unified portfolio narrative.
- Build persona-, use-case-, and industry-specific stories that resonate with practitioners, IT and product leaders, and executive audiences.
- Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps, capabilities, customer needs, and market dynamics, translating these insights into compelling positioning.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy, incorporating market signals and buyer willingness-to-pay into the value proposition.
- Apply product-led growth principles across messaging and go-to-market programs to support self-serve discovery, adoption, conversion, and expansion.
- Design and execute go-to-market programs and product launches, from audience and narrative development through asset creation and post-launch measurement.
- Build and mature a launch-tiering framework that defines investment levels, processes, and playbooks for launches ranging from major releases to smaller feature updates.
- Develop sales and marketplace enablement resources, including solution briefs, discovery frameworks, ROI and business case tools, and seller training.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and create positioning, battlecards, and other resources that help buyers and sellers understand differentiation.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to translate portfolio-level messaging into campaigns that drive discovery, trials, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing on ecosystem initiatives and co-marketing opportunities where relevant.
- Conduct customer interviews and gather insights from Sales and Customer Success to validate positioning and strengthen market relevance.
- Guide customer advisory and design-partner programs, ensuring insights and recurring feedback inform messaging, enablement, and advocacy content.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, competitive analysis, content creation, and workflow automation while maintaining strong quality and strategic judgment.
- Bring market, customer, competitive, and PLG insights back to Product Management to help influence roadmap priorities across multiple product lines.
- 5–8 years of product marketing experience within enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally with a strong solutions marketing background.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling narratives that connect multiple products, personas, use cases, or industries into a clear and cohesive story.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth models, including self-serve discovery, adoption, conversion, and expansion.
- Proven experience partnering closely with Product Management to develop, refine, and communicate product positioning.
- Track record of designing and executing go-to-market programs and launches that delivered measurable results in pipeline, adoption, revenue, or related business outcomes.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex, multi-product concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong storytelling, editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify connections and opportunities across a portfolio.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows for research, competitive analysis, content production, and process automation, with sound judgment around their appropriate use.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer teams.
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem and marketplace selling is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketplace positioning, including listings, reviews, discovery, and buyer decision-making, is advantageous.
