Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:

· Safely operate company vehicles to transport fencing materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

· Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.

· Deliver materials to residential, commercial, and other job sites as assigned.

· Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and other company locations.

· Verify materials and quantities before leaving the yard and upon delivery.

· Secure materials and equipment properly for transportation.

· Assist with loading and staging materials for installation crews.

· Organize and maintain fencing materials in the yard and warehouse.

· Handle materials such as fence panels, posts, gates, PVC, chain link, wood, hardware, concrete, tools, and related supplies.

· Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment when trained and authorized.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, yard, truck, and equipment.

· Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including required PPE.

· Follow applicable DOT requirements when operating a DOT-regulated vehicle.

· Maintain required driver documentation and report any changes that may affect driving eligibility.

· Communicate with supervisors, installers, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers as needed.

· Assist installation crews with material handling and other general labor duties when needed.

· Support and Build Unified Company Culture.

· Maintains a safe work environment.

o Performs job functions safely at all times.

o Participates in all safety meetings.

o Communicates all concerns or violations to appropriate manager(s) immediately.

o Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties. Employee wears the proper shoes, glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc. Employee is properly attired to perform their job safely (no loose-fitting clothes, unsafe jewelry, etc.).

o Disposes of waste properly.

o Abides by all local, state, and Federal laws; reads, understands, and agrees to follow the policies outlined in the Company Safety Manual and Company Handbook.

· Demonstrates behaviors aligned with Company’s Core Values at all times.

· Continuous Improvement

o Assists in driving a continuous improvement strategy within the business to result in ongoing incremental gains in quality and efficiency.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.
