You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across all interactions.
Working in a remote environment, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders and contribute to reports, projects, training initiatives, and daily operational support.

The HR Coordinator II will provide operational and administrative support across human resources activities, with a focus on leave and accommodation programs. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Support leave of absence and accommodation processes, including maintaining leave management systems and coordinating communications with HR teams and leadership.
- Manage HR and leave-related inboxes by responding to employee questions and routing requests appropriately and efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and leaders, providing professional support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Provide administrative assistance to HR leadership, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Prepare HR reports, documents, presentations, and other materials to support department initiatives.
- Assist with planning and executing team events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Support additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources coordination, leave administration, and employee support within a professional environment. They should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
- 2–3 years of experience administering employee leave programs and supporting accommodation processes.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations, including ADA, FMLA, and other applicable employment requirements.
- 2–3 years of experience supporting an HR Manager or senior HR professional within an HR department.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communication channels.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
- HR certification or related professional development is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong accountability, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from approximately $20.08 to $30.06 per hour, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and market factors.
