As a Senior IT Engineer, you will own the design, integration, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems. You will work across IT, Engineering, Security, DevOps, and HR teams to create reliable processes, strengthen access controls, and automate operational workflows.
- Engineer and integrate enterprise IT systems to ensure seamless operation and scalability.
- Automate manual IT processes to enable repeatable provisioning, appropriate access management, and efficient employee lifecycle workflows.
- Maintain an accurate and authoritative view of company applications, systems, users, and access permissions.
- Design and manage identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
- Own endpoint management platforms and implement technology policies across the organization.
- Partner with Security and DevOps teams to build reliable infrastructure foundations that support broader technical initiatives.
- Improve IT processes through automation, documentation, and continuous operational enhancements.
- Manage SaaS applications, integrations, and access governance processes.
- Support secure handling of sensitive information within regulated environments.
- Drive complex IT projects independently while managing priorities, risks, and technical trade-offs.
The ideal candidate is a senior IT infrastructure professional with strong experience in identity management, SaaS administration, automation, and enterprise systems. You should be comfortable working independently, managing complex technical initiatives, and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to lead complex and ambiguous technical projects independently while prioritizing competing business needs.
- Strong experience with identity and access management (IAM) in SaaS-focused environments.
- Hands-on experience with SCIM provisioning and HR-driven employee lifecycle automation.
- Experience managing systems that handle protected health information (PHI) or operating within HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Strong endpoint management engineering experience with tools such as NinjaOne or similar platforms.
- Experience treating infrastructure as code and developing maintainable automation tools using languages such as Python or Go.
- Experience managing SaaS applications, OAuth-based access controls, and application governance.
- Ability to maintain accurate application inventories and establish reliable access management practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Security, DevOps, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
