Capitol View Construction is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing team. We offer a 4-day work week and are employee owned (ESOP). Our electricians perform residential and light commercial service work, apartment renovations, occupied maintenance, and electrical upgrades throughout Central Pennsylvania. Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work.
• Complete electrical work for apartment renovations and occupied maintenance.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Install lighting, switches, receptacles, breakers, panels, and other electrical components.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform safe, code-compliant repairs.

• Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Journeyman electrician preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• High School Diploma or GED.
