The Senior Director, Product Management will own key areas of the platform lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through execution and continuous improvement. This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate business goals into scalable product solutions while establishing strong product practices.
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for major platform areas, including data capabilities, AI-powered skills and agents, contextual intelligence, and solutions supporting consulting and service offerings.
- Translate strategic direction into shipped products by creating detailed specifications, developing prototypes, coordinating testing, and ensuring successful production launches.
- Drive product execution using AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation, development, validation, and delivery cycles.
- Establish and maintain high standards for product development, including spec-driven workflows, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and quality-focused delivery processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, creative, and business teams to align priorities and move products from concept to market efficiently.
- Mentor and support product team members, promoting strong product thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build solutions that address complex B2B marketing challenges, leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize products based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Support enterprise solution architecture, adoption initiatives, and change management efforts related to new product capabilities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong track record of building and scaling complex products, combined with practical experience using AI throughout the product lifecycle.
- 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products from strategy through delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies to improve product development workflows.
- Proven ability to prototype, work with engineering teams, and move rapidly from ideas to production-ready solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern product practices, including Product Requirement Documents, spec-driven development, and agile delivery approaches.
- Experience working with AI-powered products, marketing technology, advertising technology, analytics platforms, or cloud-based data environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech, revops, adtech platforms, AWS, Databricks, and business intelligence frameworks is highly valuable.
- Ability to connect technical AI concepts with executive-level business objectives and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-moving environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing engineering, design, analytics, and commercial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI applications within marketing workflows, including media optimization, creative automation, personalization, customer journeys, and marketing analytics.
- Competitive compensation with an anticipated base salary of approximately $150,000.
