This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst, Technical Enablement based in the United States.
This fully remote role sits at the intersection of client relationships, business analysis, and technical delivery within a collaborative fintech environment.
You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for client accounts, leading discovery conversations and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Working alongside Technical Consultants, you’ll help ensure that solutions are practical, aligned with client goals, and delivered effectively.
The position offers meaningful exposure to cross-functional teams, leadership, and a wide range of client challenges.
You’ll manage multiple engagements, balance competing priorities, and help clients make informed decisions between standard functionality and custom solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication, timelines, expectations, and deliverables throughout engagements.
- Lead client discovery sessions and meetings to gather, clarify, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications that technical teams can use to design and deliver solutions.
- Advise clients on standard platform functionality versus custom development, recommending best-practice approaches that maximize business value.
- Partner closely with Technical Consultants, Client Success, leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate delivery and maintain project momentum.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, keeping priorities, dependencies, risks, and next steps visible and well organized.
- Proactively identify potential delivery challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and consistent follow-through.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on documentation, processes, client experiences, and internal ways of working.
- Participate in a collaborative environment where questions, experimentation, knowledge sharing, and new ideas are actively encouraged.
- Support a culture of continuous learning through cross-functional collaboration, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, client-facing consulting, or similar role within SaaS, fintech, professional services, or a related technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead client meetings, facilitate discovery conversations, understand business challenges, and communicate the value of technical solutions.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into actionable specifications and coordinating effectively with technical delivery teams.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements or projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, combined with a practical and customer-focused mindset.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and organizational levels.
- Curiosity about technology, business processes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Competitive annual salary of $75,000–$95,000.
- Fully remote position within the United States.
