Position Summary
- The Channel Account Manager – Eastern Canada (Ontario and all Eastern Provinces) is responsible for supporting and growing the Atturo brand through distributor relationship management, dealer support, customer engagement, and field sales support activities throughout Eastern Canada.
- This role serves as a key liaison between Atturo, distributors, dealers, and customers while helping support sales growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction within the region.
- The ideal candidate will build strong distributor partnerships, support existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and provide product education and market feedback to internal teams.
- This position is highly field-focused and customer-facing, with regular travel throughout Eastern Canada and occasional travel to other Canadian markets as needed.
- The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English and located near a major airline hub.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, dealers, and customers throughout Eastern Canada.
- Eastern will be defined as: Ontario and all Eastern Provinces.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Atturo and distributor/dealer partners.
- Support distributor growth initiatives, customer engagement, and account development activities.
- Conduct regular dealer and distributor visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
- Assist distributors and dealers with product education, merchandising, promotions, and marketing support.
- Support sales growth initiatives within assigned territories and accounts.
- Identify and engage new dealer prospects and growth opportunities.
- Support trade shows, customer events, ride-alongs, and industry events.
- Gather dealer and distributor feedback regarding market trends, customer demand, sizing trends, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting teams.
- Maintain records of dealer visits, customer interactions, opportunities, and field activity.
- Approximately 80% field/travel-based and 20% administrative work.
- Regular travel required throughout Eastern Canada (Ontario and all Eastern Provinces).
- Occasional evening/weekend travel for trade shows and customer events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods at trade shows and events.
- Frequent walking, including navigating large venues and customer facilities.
- Regularly getting in and out of vehicles for client meetings and site visits.
- Occasional lifting of marketing materials, display items, or samples (up to 50 lbs.)
Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) required.
- Prior tire industry, automotive aftermarket, field sales, dealer support, or distributor management experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable traveling frequently throughout Canada.
- Must be located near a major airline hub.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree not required; industry experience preferred.
