Job Description

Northern Primrose is looking for 1 Entry Level VEA to start in July. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, communicate clearly, and grow through feedback. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable supporting fast-moving clients with professionalism and care.Write your application in your own voice. What You’ll Do:

You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work.

Client Support
  • Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization
  • Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation
  • Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination
  • Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams
Internal Support
  • Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
  • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows
  • Participate in training and ongoing development
ToolsYou’ll work in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You do not need to know every tool today, but you should be comfortable learning new systems quickly. Who You Are

Compensation

$47,840 annually (with a structured four-level growth path within the company)
3 weeks of flexible PTO (sick, personal, or vacation) annually
$2000 HSA after probation, prorated as applicable
