Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys variety, thrives in new environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care wherever you're needed most?

We're seeking a Travel Nurse (RN/LVN) to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple behavioral health facilities. In this role, you'll partner with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting facilities with critical staffing needs. • Assist with the assessment and collection of physical, psychological, and social health data to support individualized treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with provider orders, nursing protocols, and medication administration best practices.
  • Obtain diagnostic specimens and perform clinical procedures, including EKGs and other ordered tests, while coordinating with ancillary departments.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, codes, and urgent patient care situations.
  • Maintain accountability for controlled substances, medications, sharps, and other regulated supplies through established inventory and documentation procedures.
  • Support therapeutic nutrition plans and patient education to promote positive health outcomes.
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record.
  • Travel to assigned facilities to provide nursing support where needed, ensuring continuity of care and operational excellence.
