About the Role:

The Youth Development Professional position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities across various locations in the United States. This role focuses on providing on-site support, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with daily operational tasks to create a welcoming and organized environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to address site-specific needs, respond promptly to any issues, and contribute to the overall success of the site’s activities. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to meet the dynamic demands of the site. Ultimately, the role aims to uphold the company’s standards of excellence while supporting both staff and visitors effectively during part-time hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in site support, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Basic first aid or emergency response training.
  • Experience using communication devices and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
  • Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
