You will partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Client Success to deliver successful customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and solving complex business challenges.
You will play a key role in helping organizations adopt workforce technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making.
The Senior Implementation Consultant will lead client implementations while building scalable processes, tools, and frameworks that support long-term growth. This role requires strong ownership of customer launches, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into successful technology deployments.
- Own end-to-end implementation projects, including kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Build and improve implementation processes, templates, documentation, checklists, launch plans, and operational standards.
- Define implementation success criteria, track project risks, manage dependencies, and ensure launch readiness.
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, timelines, and escalations.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, business requirements, data needs, user roles, and operational goals.
- Translate customer requirements into implementation plans, configuration decisions, and actionable tasks.
- Coordinate system setup, including workflows, permissions, forms, templates, dashboards, notifications, and related configurations.
- Manage testing processes, validate solutions against customer needs, and ensure smooth deployment.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, imports, employee records, organizational structures, and system transitions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, APIs, SSO, SFTP, user provisioning, and other system connections.
- Develop training materials, deliver customer training sessions, and support adoption after launch.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Sales, and Compliance teams to improve customer experiences and implementation outcomes.
- Identify recurring challenges, process gaps, and opportunities to standardize and scale implementation practices.
The ideal candidate is a client-focused implementation leader with strong SaaS experience, technical understanding, and a passion for building scalable processes. You should be comfortable managing complex projects, working across teams, and creating structure in a growing environment.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, professional services, customer success operations, HR technology, workforce technology, compliance operations, or similar client-facing environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading complex client implementations, implementation teams, or cross-functional launch programs.
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and translating business needs into system configurations.
- Experience supporting data migration, data mapping, record transfers, system transitions, or technology implementations.
- Familiarity working with integrations, APIs, SSO, SFTP, user provisioning, and technical handoffs.
- Experience creating implementation playbooks, project plans, training documentation, and operational frameworks.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead executive-level client conversations and manage escalations professionally.
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes are continuously improved and scaled.
- Strong builder mindset with the ability to create repeatable systems, documentation, and best practices.
- Technical understanding of workflows, permissions, data structures, and software configurations without requiring engineering expertise.
- Preferred experience with HCM, HRIS, onboarding, workforce management, employee records, payroll-adjacent, or related HR technology solutions.
- Experience in compliance-sensitive industries such as healthcare, transportation, financial services, staffing, education, or government contracting is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Excel, Google Sheets, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- Competitive salary package (compensation details to be determined).

- Paid holidays, paid time off, and paid sick leave.
- Pet insurance options.
- Opportunity to build and influence an implementation function within a growing organization.
- Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success.
- Dedicated opportunity for professional growth while improving technology solutions that support critical workforce processes.
