Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic, responsible individuals to join our team as Custodian Workers. In this role, you help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, coworkers, and visitors. You are responsible for completing routine cleaning tasks, following site standards, using supplies and equipment correctly, and helping the team deliver reliable service every shift.

• Communicates respectfully with leads, supervisors, and coworkers
• Notices issues early and reports them before they become bigger problems
• Helps create a positive, dependable team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas
• Replenish paper goods, soap, liners, and other supplies as needed
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and touchpoints based on site standards
• Follow daily assignments, checklists, and instructions from the lead or supervisor
• Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment correctly and safely
• Wear required PPE and follow safety expectations at all times
• Report low supplies, broken equipment, safety concerns, or site issues promptly
• Support team coverage and shift handoff when needed
• Help maintain a professional, respectful experience for customers and site contacts

Minimum Qualifications

• Custodial, janitorial, or related cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality expectations
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass required background and employment eligibility checks
• Must be able to work weekends and assigned shifts as needed

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

• May work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift depending on site needs
• Regular standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
• May be required to wear a uniform and use PPE
