Patient Accounting Representative

The patient account representative will contribute to the growth, development and profitability of Carle Medical Supply by maintaining the accounts receivable system including complete, accurate, and timely billing of all customers, collection of past due accounts, customer relations, customer problem resolution, and assisting with sales as necessary. A high school degree or its equivalent is required, as is previous billing and collection experience. Knowledge of Medicare Part B and Medicaid billing and coverage are desirable.
