Human Resources Generalist in Lewisville, Texas at Sager Electronics

Join our dynamic, customer-centric team! As a growing company with a dedicated workforce across North America, we are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Distribution and Production teams. This role will be based across our two locations in Lewisville, TX and Fort Worth, TX with flexibility to travel between both sites as needed.

In this role, you’ll help with everything from answering HR questions to supporting employee engagement and ensuring safety compliance. You'll also assist with onboarding new hires, tracking training, and helping employees with benefits. Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese (in addition to English) is a plus! Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary on-site HR contact for our Distribution and Production teams, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Assist in handling employee concerns, conflicts, and investigations, providing recommendations for resolution.
• Support the implementation of performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Facilitate monthly Safety Committee Meetings and track safety compliance.
• Manage the onboarding process for new non-exempt employees.
• Track employee training records to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Work with Talent team and coordinate on-site job fairs and employee events to promote recruitment and engagement.
• Develop and distribute a monthly employee newsletter to enhance internal communications.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll inquiries.
• Maintain HR documentation, generate monthly reports, and support various HR projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese, in addition to English, is a plus.
