Itechra, a growing Managed IT Services Provider, is looking for a Technology Alignment Manager to join our dynamic Technology Success team. This role is all about making technology work for our clients—improving efficiency, minimizing downtime, and aligning IT strategies with their business goals.

As the Technology Alignment Manager, you will be on the Technology Success team working closely with Support Team, vCIO and Project Manager, developing solutions, ensuring technology success. Thorough onsite visits, technology surveys, and documentation of client environments, you will help implement technology solutions, ensuring client success through a focus on uptime, security, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Visiting client locations to build relationships and ensure their IT environments are running smoothly by maintaining strong relationships, address any emerging needs or concerns and maintain client environment.
  • Identifying recurring issues and implementing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Perform a comprehensive Technology Alignment survey regularly, thoroughly assessing each client's environment from top to bottom
  • Maintain accurate and detailed time and notes in the PSA
  • Collaborating with our vCIOs, Project Managers, and Standards Committee to develop impactful strategies and processes by identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and improvement, keeping our clients at the forefront of technological advancement.
  • Performing proactive maintenance tasks like firmware updates and backups to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Documenting client environments for seamless support and troubleshooting.
  • Helping clients embrace automation and innovative technologies to streamline operations.
  • Pitching in to assist the support team when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in IT engineering, support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (365, Azure), networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), and server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or Cisco CCNA.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Soft Skills: Great communicator, team player, and relationship builder
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work Monday - Friday during business hours with occasional night and weekend work
  • License & Background: A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

What to Expect: Physical and Travel Requirements:

  • Physical Requirements: This role involves a mix of activities, including standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to handle tools or equipment. You may occasionally need to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The position also requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work Environment: You may be exposed to various weather conditions when traveling to client locations. The typical noise level is moderate and consistent with office or IT support environments.
  • Travel: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, as the role requires traveling to client sites within the region.
