Weekend Water Damage Apprentice in Lenexa, Kansas at Power Dry

We are looking for a Water Restoration apprentice whose responsibility will be to monitor job sites that have been affected by water damage. The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer focused and have a great work ethic. We serve our customers during stressful points in their lives, so it is imperative that our employees demonstrate a high level of professionalism with attention to detail.

Our essential and ever-expanding company offers flexibility as well as the opportunity to advance through multiple positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• PTO available, and distributed quarterly
• Uniforms provided
• Paid training
• Every other weekend (2 weekends a month) from 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Job site monitoring through water moisture readings.
• Equipment pick up at completed job sites, up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully service our customers.
• Ensure that the project is completed as scheduled, satisfaction exceeds our customer’s expectations.
• Ability to work with a wide assortment of tools as well as specialized drying equipment.
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Construction, drywall, flooring experience preferred
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays

No industry experience required! Must pass a background check and drug test, as well as be available to start immediately!
